What goals and KPIs support your journey towards becoming a learning organization?

More and more organisations are identifying learning as a strategic imperative. They are establishing new approaches to enable knowledge sharing across the organisation, support employees to lead their own development, and foster a culture of continues learning as part of the everyday flow of work.

Many are now looking for relevant and clear ways to set goals and measure the effects of these changes.

In this session we’ll facilitate a conversation around how to measure the impact of creating a learning organisation.

And we have invited people growth expert Siri Wikander (ex-Scandic, Hemfrid and Axfood) to share her perspectives on the topic to ignite the discussions.

In this interactive and collaborative session we will all share and learn from each other to bring out the collective wisdom of the community, so come prepared to share your experience.

Colearn Sessions are free online meet-ups where members of the Colearn Community come together to share, explore and learn together around modernising and accelerating learning in organisations. The sessions are particularly relevant for leaders driving change in their organisations who want to connect and colearn with peers.
