OUR ROLE

Colearn project managed and adviced the pre-study phase. We were then responsible for creating a plan for organisational development.

Colearn was then responsible for designing the development and training initiatives.

During the delivery phase, we played an important role as process manager, trainer, advisor and coach for the trainers in the change journey.
